I had an outstanding experience with this shop today. I came in with a Tesla that had sustained some minor body damage that rendered one door unusable. I wasn't looking for a complete repair at this time—I simply needed a practical same-day solution that would allow me to get safely back on the road while I consider my long-term repair options. From the beginning, Corey took the time to understand my situation, even willing to text with me over the holiday weekend. He understood what I was trying to accomplish and suggested creative alternatives rather than just assuming I wanted the most extensive repair possible. He listened carefully, evaluated the situation, and offered thoughtful guidance without any pressure. Five stars for Corey. Pablo then stepped in with obvious competence and experience. Seeing my situation, he was willing to step away for a short time from another job to help me achieve exactly what I needed today. I had an excellent experience with Class Auto. Ted honored the reduced quote he originally gave me, coordinated the Porsche dealer calibration, and even arranged both drop-off and pickup using his own cars, which was a huge help. The repair quality is outstanding: perfect paint match, clean fitment, and all sensors, radar, and adaptive cruise control work flawlessly. They also provide a lifetime warranty on labor and a warranty on paint materials from manufacturer, which shows real confidence in their work. I do not hand the keys to my car to just anyone. I have been the single owner of my Mercedes C63 AMG powered by the legendary M156 naturally aspirated V8, so when my car was damaged I was devastated. The damage didn’t even happen while I was driving. I trusted a smog shop with my car for a routine test and they drove it into a wall. After that experience, my trust level was essentially zero. Because of that, I approached the repair process carefully. I called 45 collision centers across Southern California and went to five shops in person throughout Orange County, where I obtained estimates and interviewed the teams who would potentially be working on my car before deciding who I would trust. Many shops immediately pushed aftermarket parts or seemed more focused on moving insurance work through the system than repairing the car properly. Then I found Spectrum Collision. From the first conversation with Shawna, I could tell Spectrum Collision operated differently. I worked closely with Corey and Philip, and the professionalism continued throughout the entire process. Spectrum collision was the best choice I could’ve made. They were professional and extremely helpful. Their paint match was perfect. Their customer service is outstanding. Their detail work is excellent. Spectrum Collision is the only place. I will take my vehicles for repair.. They are a high-end shop so if you drive a car that you love and paid a lot of money for this is the place to take it. I hope this can show a little bit of my appreciation thank you, Ted and Alan.
